Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused E-Commerce Customer Service Representative to support our growing online business. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for online customers, handling phone, email, and chat inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and managing returns and refunds. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized, and committed to delivering a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide knowledgeable support regarding product details, order status, installation timelines, and general troubleshooting.
Monitor and ensure timely fulfillment of all e-commerce orders, coordinating with warehouse and shipping teams as needed.
Manage the return and refund process efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records using our internal systems.
Collaborate with the sales, warehouse, and tech support teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Identify and escalate customer concerns or trends to the management team.
Assist in updating product listings and content on our WooCommerce site as needed.
Contribute to continuous improvements in customer experience and fulfillment processes.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency with customer support software and order management systems.
Experience with WooCommerce, NetSuite, and/or automotive aftermarket products is a plus.
Passion for off-roading, adventure vans, or automotive customization is a plus.
