Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced, passionate, and highly organized Social Media Manager to lead content storytelling and community engagement across multiple brand pages. In this role, you’ll play a key part in connecting with our global audience, creating viral content, and fostering community growth across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, YouTube, and more.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Execution

Plan, manage, and post up to 20+ pieces of content daily across multiple platforms and brand pages.
Maintain a central content repository for video footage, images, audio, and finalized content.
Work closely with the editing team, talent, and engagement team to meet deadlines from concept to publishing.
Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to guide content strategy.

Community Management

Monitor, track, and respond to online conversations in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
Cultivate relationships with our online community by being active, responsive, and personable.
Foster an inclusive and open digital environment where fans feel connected and valued.

Analytics & Reporting

Track key community and content metrics (video views, reach, engagement, sentiment, conversions).
Use data to refine strategies, identify trends, and report on content effectiveness and community growth.
Present actionable insights to internal teams to align with broader brand goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–4 years of experience managing social media for a brand, influencer, or entertainment platform.
Expert knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with a knack for creating engaging, on-brand messaging.
Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams under tight deadlines.
High emotional intelligence and empathy, with a passion for community building.
Proficiency in basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, KapKat, IG Edits).
Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
A passion for reptiles, exotic animals, or wildlife education.

Bonus Points If You Have

Background in content production or influencer/media brand management.
Experience managing large-scale content calendars and influencer partnerships.
