- *Your role**:
- *Ecommerce Account Manager,** reporting to Country Manager/Senior Director of Zinus Canada.
You will be the key contact on select major eCommerce retailers, supporting sales, promotional and marketing initiatives across the channels.
- You will monitor and report the sales within account vs. target and the ROI of account-related activities, and provide sales and insights report (retailer trends, competition) specifics internally as well as to the retailer.
- Hit sales targets and improve the assortment mix to grow account profitability.
- Increase Zinus Market share in the assigned retail channels.
- Establish good working relationships with retailers to align sales and promotional performance vs. budget. Liaise with internal members to ensure key accounts are in order and fully optimized
- Ensure e-Commerce website content is accurate (image assets, copy, content copy and competitive pricing) in order to increase the sales and provide a strong shopper experience to online consumers.
- Increase the conversion of the customer through promotional optimization. In collaboration with Marketing, Finance and Operation department, build and sell a detailed promotional plan per period for each client, maximizing the ROI for the company and the image for the brands.
- Review sales, inventory and forecasting reports on a weekly basis to align sales and forecast metric, making sure inventory is available for all accounts
- Develop annual sales plans to align with growth projections and the implementation thereof
- Frequent collaboration with other team member on different projects, training new team members and mentoring where applicable.

The position calls for an independent and self-motivated manager who works well in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. This role assists with developing breakout sales tactics to drive growth for our brands in our retailer-to-consumer channels.
- A keen understanding on eCommerce.
- Ability to analyze data and identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the team to develop new opportunities within the channels.
- MUST have at least 2 years solid experience of managing Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair or other major eCommerce channels and know how to navigate within those channels to best optimize product sales. You understand how these retail platforms work differently from each other and can steer your way through the differences to find the way to work with each of them while reaching company business objectives.
- Knowledge and experience in both Direct Import and Domestic channels operations would help stage you well into this role.
- Knowledge of Supply Planning and/or Demand Planning
- Upbeat personality, possess strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multi-task and deadline oriented.
- High competency with MS suite, Excel skill (Vlookup, pivot table) is a must. Additional analytical skills i.e. Power BI would be helpful.
- Comfortable working with budgets and numbers, with an ability to organize data, interpret metrics and identify trends
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Ecommerce, Digital marketing or experience in relevant fields.

You maybe required to travel to US for business meeting 1-2 times a year.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience and skill levels.
