Job Description

Drive the delivery of our Digital Program by collaborating with stakeholders, understanding business needs, developing solutions, and executing plans

Partner with teams to create project plans, manage milestones, mitigate issues/risks, develop budgets, and communicate with stakeholders

Take on additional Program responsibilities as required, such as steering committee communications and issue tracking

Lead programs and large projects, fostering collaboration among business, IT, and third-party stakeholders to achieve business goals

Preferred experience in digital technologies and transformation projects, including new technology implementation, site development, UI, and workflows

Broad expertise across P&C business, IT, Marketing, and Finance

Demonstrate strong business acumen, leadership, risk management, and project management skills

Proficiency in MS Office Apps is essential

The position entails facilitating assessments and leading project execution within the Digital Transformation Program

Responsibilities encompass team leadership, stakeholder engagement, partnership management, budget reporting, and risk management

The program includes multiple workstreams, with a focus on Pricing, Underwriting, Marketing, and Digital Assessments

Initiatives involve transitioning pricing models, implementing an Underwriting Workbench, enhancing marketing technologies, and conducting additional assessments and capability tests

The candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing digital capabilities and improving various business processes

Strong communication skills, especially in PowerPoint presentations

Effective stakeholder management across Business, IT, and Customer teams

Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit, actively seeking opportunities to add value and adapt in ambiguous situations
