Role Summary/Purpose

The Assistant Vice President, Client Marketing will collaborate and lead marketing relationships with large industry clients and strategic partners to develop and implement marketing and communication strategies aligned with CareCredit’s business and financial goals. In this role you will develop and execute programs designed to increase application and purchase volume growth through the integration of CareCredit into client and partner B2B and B2B2C channels.

Essential Responsibilities

Partner with multiple internal adjacencies across CareCredit to collaborate and strategize on new ways to market in a multi-industry group. We will be paving the way in the development of new processes and strategies across Dental, Veterinary, Med Spa, and Wellness markets together.

Partner with clients at the senior leadership level to discover customer strategies and goals. Develop and implement campaigns to drive customer growth that align with CareCredit’s business and financial goals.

Work closely with analytics and finance to identify opportunity based on client growth trends, penetration, and financial performance. Utilize key metrics to support clients, uncover opportunity and develop/ track campaign analytics.

Develop and implement marketing promotions to drive new cardholders acquisition leveraging client and partners existing B2B and B2B2C channels.

Identify opportunity within client organizations to drive better engagement and understanding of CareCredit within practices. Reinforce CareCredit as a tool to drive client business goals driving engagement at the practice level. Assist client senior leadership in communicating the importance and value of CareCredit.

Develop and maintain a marketing and reporting rhythm with client marketing and operations teams to illustrate campaign performance, reinforce product value and keep client marketing and operations teams engaged.

Lead marketing strategy and execution for all large client meetings

Oversee design and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns using vehicles including direct mail, trade show promotions, digital marketing, and trade advertising.

Manage creative agencies and Performance Marketing partner to produce and execute campaigns.

Partner with sales management to develop marketing strategy to support large clients and strategic industry partners.

Partner with cardholder, digital and brand marketing to identify opportunities to drive repeat use.

Manage PO process and marketing budget.

Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's Degree OR in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and 9+ years of combined sales and marketing experience identified below.

5+ years of experience in client-facing relationship management marketing experience to include:

Strong analytics background needed to set strategy and measure performance.

The ability to travel to internal and client-based offices when the role demands.

Desired Characteristics

Prior B2B and B2B2C marketing experience in Dental, Med Spa, Wellness, or Veterinary industry

Working knowledge of multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Business-to-business marketing experience.

Extensive sales and client-facing relationship management experience.

Collaborative team player with ability to influence across all levels of internal and external organizations.

A strong ability to strategize and develop plans of actions to achieve shared goals.

Excellent verbal and written communication, analytic and presentation skills.

Experience with Work Front, Coupa and Salesforce.com a plus.

Grade/Level: 11

The salary range for this position is 90,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

Eligibility Requirements

You must be 18 years or older

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
