About the Role

If you're a natural connector who thrives on turning relationships into results, this role is for you. We're looking for a Local Marketing Specialist to help grow our patient base and strengthen our presence across Toronto and the GTA. You'll build partnerships with local organizations, lead our Brand Ambassador program, and design outreach strategies that directly drive new patient acquisition.

What You'll Do

Build and manage partnerships with schools, cultural groups, nonprofits, and businesses.
Maintain a structured outreach process: research, calls, visits, and follow-ups.
Lead our Brand Ambassador program: onboarding, coaching, and performance tracking.
Approve ambassador content and ensure consistent brand representation.
Plan and coordinate community events, sponsorships, and activations.
Track referrals, monitor ROI, and report on results with clear insights.

What Success Looks Like

Steady growth in new patient referrals from partnerships and ambassadors.
Active and reliable pipeline of community partners for each office.
Clear reporting that connects activities to measurable results.

What We're Looking For

1+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or community engagement.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Organized and process-driven, with a track record of hitting goals.
Comfortable with outreach (calls, visits, events).
Have access to a car and a valid driver's license.
Experience coaching or mentoring is an asset.
