About Us

Hetal Retail is transforming how brands optimize their in-store presence. Through our mobile app and visual dashboard, we help consumer brands assess shelf conditions, reorganize displays, and gain real-time insights. Since our beta launch in early 2024, we’ve supported over 20 brands across Target.

What We’re Hiring For

We’re building a network of independent freelancers on Upwork to support ad hoc in-store merchandising tasks. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy working independently, and are located near major retail stores, we encourage you to submit a proposal.

Project Scope

Visit designated local Target retail stores
Assess shelf conditions and product placement
Take clear, comprehensive photos of displays
Reorganize product placement when needed (front facing, slotting, restocking)
Submit brief observations and photo verification (before/after)
Expected time per store visit varies based on task, can be anywhere from 15-45 minutes
