We are launching a simple, single-product DTC test and are looking for a performance marketer who can help us run small-budget paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok optional) with the primary goal of learning, not scaling.

This is not a high-volume e-commerce campaign. We want someone who understands how to use ads strategically to generate insights, such as:

What we want to learn

  • Which demographics respond best
  • Which interests/behaviors convert
  • What messaging, angles, and value props resonate
  • Which creative themes get the strongest signals
  • Early indicators of demand and product–market fit
  • Basic CAC benchmarks for future planning

What you’ll do

  • Set up and manage small-scale test campaigns
  • Build segmented audiences for structured learning
  • Run A/B tests on messaging, hooks, and creatives
  • Provide simple weekly reports with clear insights
  • Recommend next steps based on results
  • Help us build a foundational understanding of our consumer

Ideal experience

  • Experience running Meta ads (required)
  • Experience designing small-budget test frameworks
  • Strong analytical thinking and hypothesis-driven testing
  • Able to translate data into simple recommendations
  • Comfortable collaborating with a content/creative person
  • E-commerce and supplement experience a plus, but not required
