Design high-performing advertising creative for political organization

We’re looking for a designer who can jump into the chaos with us and turn ideas into sharp, eye catching creative fast. Our work moves quickly. Most assignments need to be drafted, refined, and delivered within 48 hours, and some will move faster depending on your availability. If you thrive in a rapid response environment and love bringing concepts to life under real pressure, you’ll fit right in.

You’ll help us test multiple visual directions at once, iterate quickly based on performance and feedback, and adapt designs across formats without losing impact. You’ll work across a wide range of styles, experiment boldly, and help shape a consistent visual identity that still leaves room to play.

You must be comfortable working with a left-leaning political organization. We’ve attached examples of the kinds of creative you’ll be producing.
