About the Role

I’m looking for an experienced Social Media Ads Manager & Content Strategist who can:

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook and X
  • Guide and eventually launch TikTok ads
  • Build a platform-specific content strategy
  • Create on-brand content for posting
  • Moderate and respond to community engagement appropriately

Important: Content creation will require approval before publishing until full brand alignment is established.

Core Responsibilities

Paid Ad Management

Facebook

  • Deploy and monitor campaigns
  • Run structured A/B testing
  • Track CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, and audience segmentation
  • Adjust pacing and targeting based on results
  • Provide weekly performance reports and actionable recommendations

X (Twitter)

  • Set up and manage paid campaigns
  • Translate FB targeting logic into X audience behavior
  • Monitor performance, pacing, and early optimization
  • TikTok (Exploration → Launch)
  • Recommend ideal formats, funnel structure, and budget feasibility
  • Assist with initial ad launch once strategy is approved

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Build a 30–60 day content calendar
  • Draft platform-native content for Facebook, X, and (eventually) TikTok
  • Maintain consistent visual/tonal alignment with brand
  • Prioritize high-signal content tied to ad scheduling and momentum cycles

Approval

  • All content must be submitted and approved before posting until alignment and accuracy standards are confirmed.

Community Interaction & Moderation

  • Monitor incoming comments on ad posts, feed posts, and campaign threads
  • Respond professionally in alignment with brand voice

Identify sentiment trends, repetitive concerns, and friction points (requires approval until alignment and accuracy standards are confirmed)

  • Maintain a measured tone — no hype forward language

Tools & Platforms

  • Facebook Ads Manager
  • X Ads Manager
  • TikTok Ads Manager (later phase)
  • Google Drive / Sheets (reporting + calendar + asset sharing)

Ideal Experience

  • Hands-on multi-platform paid ads experience
  • Content planning and posting background
  • Moderation experience (community or campaign-level)
  • A/B testing competency
  • Understanding of brand tone consistency and regulatory sensitivity (preferred but not required)
