Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Director of Sales and Marketing, based in Calgary, AB. The Senior Director will develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to promote the company’s properties and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include overseeing marketing initiatives, leading sales efforts, managing budgets, analyzing market trends, and driving effective revenue generation strategies. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners, as well as mentoring and guiding the sales and marketing team toward achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in marketing strategy development, digital marketing, and brand management
- Strong sales leadership and account management skills with a proven ability to achieve revenue targets
- Experience in analyzing market trends, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and public speaking abilities
- Proven capability in team management, mentorship, and fostering teamwork
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Familiarity with the hospitality, tourism, or real estate industries is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred
