**Join Our Team as a Full-Time Associate - Tonic Living**

Location: East York, Toronto | Full-Time | Primarily Weekdays

At Tonic Living, we’ve been designing and crafting quality, on-trend soft furnishings since 2004. Our welcoming store in East York is where our team blends design expertise, genuine customer care, and positivity. With a loyal following of interior designers and home decor lovers across Canada and the U.S., we’re more than a store—we’re a destination for inspiration.

*What You’ll Do**:
*Master Our Tools and Systems**
*Know Our Products Inside and Out**
Develop a strong knowledge of all Tonic Living products and our website.Confidently discuss product details, specifications, and options with customers to help them make the best choices.
*Create Outstanding Customer Experiences**
*Handle Daily Customer Experience Operations**
*Support the Team**

Jump in on other departmental or company-wide tasks as needed to help the Tonic Living team run like clockwork.

*What You Bring**:
A genuine passion for home decor and a natural sense of style
At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales role (retail, hospitality, or related fields welcome)
Strong time management, organization, and communication skills
An ability to manage competing priorities, adapt quickly, and pivot as needed throughout the day
A collaborative attitude and a drive to make each customer feel heard and supported
Confidence using G Suite and comfort working in a Mac environment
