JOB PURPOSE If you are a leader with strong business acumen and digital curiosity, having clarity on driving partner growth strategy as well as providing vision to our key stakeholders, then keep reading! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing aggregator partners such as Uber and Doordash, that are present in multiple key markets as their global/regional lead point of contact which are the fundamental part of Ice Cream dCom growth strategy where we expect strong double-digit growth in the upcoming years.
• Crafting the competitive growth strategy for these key partners by prioritizing the key market and sub-channels, utilizing central data pass-back and market inputs, determining short term strategic growth pillars and long-term capability building blocks.
• Working closely with partners and retail media team to track in-year execution of the strategy crafted, on a bi-weekly meeting schedule.
• Leading yearly global JBPs and Quarterly Business Reviews with extended regional teams to deep dive into performance and capability roadmap.
• Planning and executing yearly customer calendars with big & bold campaigns together with retail media teams, involving multiple key markets.
• Managing central data pass-back agreements with partners to provide insights to our markets with central data & analytics capabilities.
• There will be a 1L resource reporting into this role that is responsible for driving the partner growth strategy & capability building for other partners such as Glovo and Wolt. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Experiences & Qualifications - Before any experience you need to have the drive; drive to challenge the status quo and make things happen from scratch. - Ideally 5+ years of Commercial (Key Account Management) and Digital Commerce Experience. - Strong business acumen. - Experience in managing cross functional teams, and strong influencing and people management skills. - Ability to take the teams along and getting the job done leveraging cross-functional expertise.
