To accelerate our online business growth, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to join our team and grow with our brand. **Key Responsibilities** **1. E-commerce Channel Development and Management** - Build and maintain the brand's presence across major e-commerce platforms such as **Shopify**, local group-buying and delivery platforms, **Uber Eats**, **DoorDash**, **Instacart**, and our own official website. - Manage daily operations of online stores, including product listings, content optimization, order processing, and customer relationship management. - Analyze key performance indicators such as traffic, conversion rates, order volume, and return rates to optimize sales strategies and site layout. **2. Product Selection and Procurement Operations** - Lead product selection, procurement, pricing, and inventory control processes in alignment with market demand and brand strategy. - Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and packaging vendors to ensure product quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. - Utilize sales data to refine product offerings and procurement plans to improve profitability and inventory turnover. **3. Online Marketing and Content Management** - Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive conversions (e.g., flash sales, membership days, bundled offers). - Collaborate with designers and content teams to create brand-consistent copy, visual content, and short-form videos. - Work with local KOLs, wellness influencers, and content creators to expand brand reach and community engagement. **4. Customer and Data Management** - Establish a user data management system including customer segmentation, repeat purchase tracking, and satisfaction surveys. - Leverage customer feedback and data analytics to continuously improve products and service processes, increasing customer retention. - Regularly prepare and present operational analysis reports with performance metrics and improvement recommendations to senior management. **Qualifications** **1. Education**: - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, E-commerce, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred. **2. Experience**: - Minimum 3 years of relevant e-commerce operations experience, including hands-on management of online store setup and operations. - Industry experience in food, health, FMCG, or retail is highly desirable. - Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms; experience in online procurement and inventory management is preferred. **3. Skills Requirements**: - Ability to independently manage content editing, product listing, SEO optimization, and promotional campaign planning on e-commerce platforms; - Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to utilize tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce backend systems to monitor sales performance and track key metrics; - Strong analytical skills in user behavior, with the capability to derive insights from data to continuously optimize user experience and improve conversion rates; - Skilled in content planning and copywriting for operations, with a strategic mindset aimed at enhancing customer engagement and loyalty; - Hands-on experience in social media marketing, with in-depth knowledge of content management and advertising across major platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Pinterest, and Snapchat, to effectively boost brand visibility and audience engagement. **4. Language**: - Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) is required. **5.
