Digital Marketing Specialist

Timely execution of website banners for impacted pages - product category pages, homepage, and promotional pages.

Creating and managing product listings on company erp system

Along with product team, write compelling product descriptions, optimizing images, and ensuring listings are SEO-friendly to maximize visibility and sales.

Entering and maintaining accurate data records in Excel spreadsheets.

Providing support in various e-commerce tasks as needed, including customer service, order processing, and inventory management.

Develop strong understanding of internal merchandising and web systems to troubleshoot merchandising system/process issues.

IT Helpdesk

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Install and configure computer systems
Provide technical support for both hardware and software issue
Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner
Set up and maintain LAN networks
Collaborate with other IT team members to improve technology processes

Requirement

Tech-savvy with excellent familiarity with PC and web/internet search

Familiar with copying writing product through apps/software

Good understanding of listing inventory to online sales platform

Excellent command of English/Chinese both oral and written

Critical thinker

Team player

Good time-management skills

*Some of what you need**:

Completion of post-secondary education with focus on digital Marketing/IT or related experience.

Experience of working with digital marketing tools, such as social medias ads platform, Google Ads, Google analytics, etc.

Working knowledge of web site structure and functionality.

Experience with Content management/ Enterprise resource planning systems

1-3 years of website operations management.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
