About the Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in shaping and executing multi-channel marketing initiatives across Summit’s institutional, wealth management, and insurance businesses. This role is ideal for a motivated marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is hungry to learn, and brings both creativity and operational discipline to the team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll have the opportunity to do meaningful work with measurable impact—developing campaigns, optimizing digital channels, and supporting a wide range of marketing efforts that elevate the Summit Global brand.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Development & Execution
- Build and deploy digital marketing campaigns across email, paid media, social, and web platforms.
- Create segmented e-newsletters, manage deployment schedules, and monitor deliverability and performance.
- Track performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and prepare analytics reports with actionable insights.
Content & Creative Development
- Write and edit content for digital channels, including email, landing pages, paid ads, and social media.
- Assist with basic video editing, graphic creation, and design support for digital and paid media assets.
- Collaborate with internal subject-matter experts to transform complex financial insights into clear, engaging content.
Marketing Support & Operations
- Maintain organized file systems, version control, and creative asset libraries.
- Provide logistical support for live and virtual events (registrations, reminders, post-event communications, etc.).
- Manage and fulfill orders from the company’s online store and help maintain branded merchandise inventory.
- Assist with administrative marketing tasks and cross-team initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally with hands-on exposure to digital channels (paid media, email, social, analytics).
- Working knowledge of marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or comparable tools.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to translate ideas into compelling digital content.
- Basic design or video editing experience (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere, or similar) preferred.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A proactive learner with a growth mindset and genuine enthusiasm for advancing their marketing skill set.
