Must have strong experience with paid media. This position is 100% on-site in Newburyport, MA.

This is a hands-on, data-driven, high-impact role for someone who can manage significant ad spend, optimize performance, and build reporting systems that guide smart decision-making. You'll own paid media execution across Google, Microsoft/Bing, Meta/Facebook, and other paid channel, while collaborating with creative and ownership to develop strategy and track performance.

You’ll take full ownership of managing this budget efficiently, profitably, and strategically.

Role Overview

This role is an individual contributor role, ideal for a mid-senior performance marketer who loves being “hands on keyboard.” Not delegating work. You’ll manage campaigns daily, monitor analytics, create dashboards, and collaborate with our internal creative team to develop high-performing ads.

You will

  • Own all paid media channels end-to-end
  • Monitor analytics and create dashboards in Looker/Data Studio
  • Track attribution, LTV/CAC, ROAS, and funnel performance
  • Collaborate with creative/photography teams on ad content
  • Identify opportunities, test new channels, and optimize landing page funnels

This is an execution + strategy role, perfect for someone who wants the autonomy and responsibility to run paid media at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Management

  • Run all Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, Retargeting, Demand Generation)
  • Manage Microsoft/Bing Ads including Shopping and Search
  • Oversee Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads across prospecting + retargeting
  • Build and test Pinterest ads as a growing channel
  • Daily bid management, budget allocation, and performance optimization
  • Create, test, and refine new campaign structures, keyword groups, and audiences

Analytics, Attribution & Reporting

  • Build dashboards in Looker Studio / Data Studio
  • Own reporting across ROAS, CAC, LTV, attribution paths, and funnel performance
  • Monitor Google Analytics, Klaviyo analytics, and cross-channel performance
  • Analyze trends and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to ownership with insights and recommendations

Creative & Landing Page Collaboration

  • Write ad copy, headlines, value props, and creative briefs
  • Work with in-house creative team on images and video assets
  • Recommend landing page improvements based on performance data
  • Perform light CRO testing (layouts, messaging, CTAs)

Strategy & Growth

  • Propose new campaign ideas, channels, and opportunities based on data
  • Manage budgets across two brands with seasonal fluctuations
  • Forecast spend, performance, and revenue impact
  • Stay current on platform updates, competitive trends, and best practices

  • Paid media channels deliver predictable, profitable growth
  • ROAS and CAC are consistently optimized and aligned with business goals
  • Reporting is clear, accurate, and transparent
  • New creatives, audiences, and campaign tests are launched regularly
  • See increased revenue and efficiency from paid channels
  • Ownership has visibility into all performance and opportunities

Qualifications Required

  • 5–7+ years hands-on experience managing paid media for eCommerce brands
  • Direct experience managing 6 digit monthly ad spend
  • Deep proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience with Google Analytics, attribution modeling, and LTV/CAC analysis
  • Ability to build dashboards in Looker Studio / Data Studio
  • Strong copywriting skills for ads and creative briefs
  • Highly analytical and comfortable with performance data
  • Ability to propose strategy and execute it independently
  • In-office availability (Newburyport, MA)

Preferred

  • Experience with Pinterest Ads
  • Understanding of Klaviyo metrics and eCommerce funnels
  • Experience with landing page testing and CRO
  • Background working with creative teams or agencies
  • Experience with two-brand environments or multi-channel product companies
