[Remote] Strategy Project Manager Transformation of Industry (US)

The Strategy Project Manager will lead critical strategic initiatives, facilitating collaboration and preparing executive-level presentations, while driving transformation and innovation in the industrial sector.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end execution of strategic projects with high visibility and executive sponsorship
• Translating complex challenges into actionable workstreams and measurable outcomes
• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration across businesses, regions, and external partners
• Preparing executive-level presentations and decision documents for the Board and C-suite
• Identifying risks and opportunities early, and proactively steering mitigation strategies
• Acting as a thought partner to senior leaders, challenging assumptions and driving clarity

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or other relevant subject areas
• Longstanding professional experience
• A strategic mindset with a strong analytical foundation—ideally from top-tier consulting or corporate strategy roles
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in dynamic environments
• Exceptional communication skills
• A high degree of integrity, discretion, resilience under pressure
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Passion for innovation, transformation, and making a tangible impact
