  • *THE DIGITAL MARKETING PERFORMANCE MANAGER WILL.**

Be an expert in performance data and derive actionable insights that will help optimize paid media strategies through search, display, and social. They will be a true entrepreneur living in a constant cost/benefit lens with our budgets and time.   • *RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:
  • Partner with our agencies of record on the entire paid media strategy and execution to increase new customer acquisition, customer retention, and sales and optimize ROAS (specifically social, display, DOOH, search, and affiliate).
  • Assist in guiding the spend levels by channel across paid campaigns to ensure we maximize ROAS across the funnel within all product categories.
  • Partner closely with agencies to drive standard methodologies, and identify testing opportunities to optimize campaign KPIs including creative/copy testing, audience segmentation, ad placements, and retargeting strategy to maximize full-funnel performance and develop roadmaps.
  • Track campaign categories and communicate performance metrics with internal stakeholders.
  • Work through automation, tagging, and data integrity issues with cross-functional partners in web development as needed.
  • Own the tracking and reporting on behalf of digital marketing for the business and management of all corresponding dashboards.
  • Creates reports as needed and communicates findings to internal stakeholders and external agency partners
  • Report on channel performance on a weekly and monthly cadence, measuring core KPI’s such as AOV, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Build out targeting and audience strategies through Segment (CDP) to ensure campaigns are as personalized as possible (customer lifecycle segmentation, predictive analytics, affinity-based targeting).
  • Assist with the implementation and adoption of new technologies.
  • *REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
  • University Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, communication, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience completing data-driven analyses that delivered value and generated revenue within an eCommerce organization maximizing ROAS.
  • You have experience using online advertising solutions such as Google Adwords, Facebook Ad Manager, etc.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, lifetime value and frequency management.
  • You have strong Excel skills with experience building pivot tables, multi-function formulas and graphs. Experience working with SQL, and Tableau would be an added bonus.
  • You have the ability to work effectively with a broad spectrum of both internal team members and external vendors/partners.
  • Experience with automation systems, CDP platforms and web analytics.
  • Proficiency with Excel and Google Analytics (GA4 is a plus).
  • Ability to problem solve and seek out solutions.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects within specific deadlines.
