**Objectives**

The Brand and Marketing Specialist shall develop the strategy and execute the launch plan for the RhythmQ technology product line, and support online advertising for specific customer campaigns. This role is an early step in for those looking to grow their career into a converged technology and marketing engagement space and will require an iin-depthknowledge of RhythmQ products and market goals.

  • *Key Responsibilities**

Product Launch Marketing

  • Design and execute a go-to-market marketing plan for RhythmQ’s new mobile platform
  • Write clear, compelling copy for marketing collaterals, website and digital campaigns. Adapt style as needed for different types of communication
  • Design and develop marketing and communication templates to drive user engagement on the new mobile platform

Online Advertising

  • Ability to create an advertising strategy, create, manage and optimize client PPC and online Ad campaigns on all platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Display YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, display, etc.)
  • Manage client digital portfolio and ensure alignment to their KPIs
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, KPIs, and provide insights & recommendations
  • Creatively identify campaign opportunity areas for growth by effectively leveraging customer insights, market research, and competitive intelligence

Analytics & Reporting

  • Meet RhythmQ customers to review their analytics, and provide recommendations on optimization strategies aligned to their KPIs
  • *Skills and Experience**
  • 2+ years’ experience in product management and digital marketing capacity, preferably in a technology company
  • Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
  • Strong copy-writing skills for marketing collaterals (online and offline)
  • Brand communications, creative and media strategy (traditional and digital media)
  • Knowledge of general product marketing strategy and business principles
  • Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
