- *Role Overview**:
We're seeking an **E-Commerce Team Manager** to join our dynamic and innovative team. At Posturepro, we operate within a small in-house team environment, where collaboration and communication are key. While our team consists of a handful of in-house employees, our business operations cater to a large audience of health and fitness professionals worldwide, as well as individuals seeking to improve their own health.

- *E-Commerce Responsibilities**:
- Manage and optimize our Shopify platform, conducting regular audits to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
- Conduct keyword research, set up campaigns, optimize daily performance, and provide data-driven reporting.
- Implement and manage technical aspects of SEO campaigns to improve website ranking and visibility in search engines.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure brand consistency in ad assets and descriptions.
- Monitor analytics to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay current on SEO, PPC, and e-commerce industry trends and best practices.
- *Managerial Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Oversee order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with team to develop and execute effective e-commerce strategies and campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third-party partners to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements in e-commerce.
- Monitor website performance and user experience, identifying and resolving issues as needed.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and website traffic.
- *Minimum Qualifications/Required Skills**:
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in the eCommerce growth and management space.
- Knowledge and experience in the complete range of e-commerce platforms and processes.
- Experience with our current tech stack is a plus (Klaviyo, Omnisend, ManyChat, Shopify, Meta Business Suite, Google Adwords).
- Strong vision for achieving growth in all facets of e-commerce (including marketing, social media, PPC ads, and overall philosophy).
- Strong background in Google Analytics for website performance benchmarking, monitoring, and improving (conversion rate, page speed, time on site, cart value, etc.).
- Ability to organize and manage a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Ability to plan for the future with a willingness and ability to embrace short notice change to accommodate time-sensitive events.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
