Mon - Fri | 9:00 am - 5:00pm|35 hours per week

We’re looking for an **E-Commerce Manager** to join our fast-paced sales team. If you have a strong background in online retail strategies, digital marketing, and customer service experience, this is the perfect role for you. In this position, you will manage and optimize our online sales channels, drive digital marketing campaigns, and ensure a seamless, engaging experience for our customers.

  • *What You’ll Do**:
  • Develop and manage the online parts store for heavy-duty truck customers, ensuring ease of use, functionality, and a seamless shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to source product information, set pricing strategies, and manage inventory for the e-commerce platform.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize website traffic, conversion rates, and online sales performance through the use of analytics tools.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in e-commerce and online shopping to continually enhance the platform.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and parts teams to ensure alignment between the e-commerce platform and overall business objectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues related to the e-commerce platform.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to online orders.
  • *What You Need**:
  • **Education**: A degree or diploma in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • **Experience**:
  • Background in e-commerce management, online sales, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar) and web content management systems.
  • *_Additional Strengths:_**
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, web marketing, and user experience design.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
