Amazon E-commerce Specialist

1. Maintain the overall health of the Shopify site with regular maintenance and updates.

2. Maintain the overall health of the Amazon products listing and account with regular maintenance and updates.

3. Upload new images and descriptions for a complete product page.

4. Monitor inventory levels to improve efficiencies and maintain the product catalog.

5. Produce monthly analytics reports on sales, traffic, and customer journeys.

6. Make suggestion and recommendations on how to improve site flow and sales.

7. Working with the Creative Department on scheduled promotions and new product releases.

8. Assisting E-Commerce Department with sale pricing, inventory adjustments and sales forecasting/reporting

9. Edit themes and create custom modules and pages.

10. Process online orders via Website / Marketplaces (running Shopify, or amazon, eBay, etc) by creating a shipment, monitor shipping process;

11. Ensure timely completion of customer orders;

1. E-Commerce Experience (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.)

2. 1+ years of related work experience in E-commerce, online

3. marketing, or equivalent experience is an asset.

6. Interacting with teams at all levels of an organization on a regular basis.

7. Detail focused, strong attention to design and keen eye on competitive advantages.

8. Excellent ability to analyze data and propose objectives.

9. Intuitive knowledge of how users interact and shop in a digital environment.

10. Solid experience with online merchandising or similar role

High level of initiative, must work well under pressure.
