**Core Duties and Responsibilities**

  • Analyze current performance of our social media accounts and understand any gaps or needs.
  • Develop and execute the Social Media Strategy that promotes strong resonance in the Client’s B2B relationships and works to form resonance with future team members and other industry partners.
  • Develop a thorough communications calendar and manage all communications channels including social and web, etc.
  • Develop compelling visual content, including photography and videography, to promote our innovations, programs, events, stories, and successes.
  • Craft engaging and positive copy for various communication channels, including social media, newsletters, website content, and press releases.
  • Establish growth trends of all targeted social media and web platform, in terms of audience and impact on business.
  • Ensure content aligns with the overall brand messaging and marketing objectives of the Client.
  • Assist with the coordination and setup of the Client at their special events (trade shows, hiring events, the Client's promotional events, client site visits, etc.) and attend to generate social media content (photos, videos, interviews, testimonials, etc).
  • Review inquiries, comments and feedback on social media and web platforms and address them as required by the Client.
  • Moderate social media accounts and websites for any challenges and address them as required or directed by the Client.
  • Monitor competitor and other relevant social media and website content in the marketplace.
  • Other related duties as assigned, assisting with corporate, business development, and operations objectives.
  • *Qualifications of the Role**:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent proofreading abilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding but have the ability to work independently to create unique content, with mínimal assistance or direction.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, content marketing and website maintenance, using any of WordPress, Squarespace, and Shopify.
  • Dedicated to remaining current with the latest social media trends and technologies
  • Experience with social media events and generating influence.
  • Previous experience coordinating a social media campaign for business;
  • Personable and engaging;
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (such as Hootsuite).
  • Adobe Premiere Adobe After Effects or comparable software experience, editing photos, and creating simple videos.
  • Familiarity using Google Drive and managing large flies.
  • Various Reel/Short Creation tools.
  • Excellent time management, organized and detailed.
  • Professional experience with website development, website programming, website maintenance, or SEO/SEM using WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify or other platforms are deemed an asset.
