90-day trial (contract) Digital Marketing Specialist Immediate opening in (Pine Hills)

We are seeking a Digital Content Manager who can own everything related to social media and digital presence. This is a hybrid creative + strategy role for someone who can plan, create, and execute content at a high level.

This person will help grow the brand, bring in leads, increase engagement, and amplify the Next Day Soil message across all platforms.

Content Creation & Filming

Shoot daily videos at the soil yard, job sites, and with equipment
Edit short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Capture behind-the-scenes operations, trucks, screening, microbes, soil science, equipment, etc.
Create story posts, graphics, and promotional content
Design merch visuals, product mockups, and basic branding assets

Social Media Management

Post content daily across all platforms
Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions
Track analytics and measure growth progress
Manage TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook Pages
Maintain brand voice and energy

Growth & Strategy

Identify viral trends and incorporate them fast
Optimize content for maximum reach
Build engagement with customers, drivers, and local businesses
Help scale Next Day Soil into a national brand
Innovate—new ideas, new series, new concepts

Required Skills

Strong video editing (CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, etc.)
Strong filming skills
Knowledge of TikTok/IG/YouTube trends
Fast learner and highly creative
Strong communication
Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines
Not afraid to get dirty filming soil operations, loaders, trucks, and heavy equipment

Preferred Skills

Photography
Graphic design (Canva, Photoshop)
Basic marketing experience
Experience building a brand or personal page
Drone experience is a huge plus will be provided
Experience filming industrial or construction settings
