Ecommerce / Amazon Sales Specialist

What will you be doing

  • Develop and manage product attributes to drive quality online listings;
  • Pricing management across all sales platforms;
  • Process, organize and maintain images and other digital assets;
  • Report and analyze Key Performance Indicators and category performance on a monthly basis;
  • Write short form copy of product features & benefits to improve organic search results;
  • New item set-up and maintenance on all of our ecommerce platforms ;
  • Website product maintenance.
  • Utilize our existing warehouses in Canada, USA, and the UK to maximise sales throughput
  • Coach warehouse staff to assist in increasing sales
  • Maintain and build positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers
  • Responsible for keeping inventory control, customer service, price setting, promoting listings and identifying products
  • Other duties as assigned

In order to be successful, you bring

  • Three (3) combined years eCommerce selling experience
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
  • Amazon Vendor or Seller experience preferred;
  • Attention to detail with a focus on data integrity;
  • Adobe Creative Cloud Suite software experience (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Preferred two year minimum of eCommerce merchandising and operational experience;
  • Account management, sales planning and business development experience desired.
  • Experience with customer service, arbitrage and selling tools
