AI LEAD ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

LightStone Partners is aggressively scaling its client acquisition engine using AI. We’re hiring an AI Lead Acquisition Specialist whose full-time responsibility is to generate leads, run outbound prospecting, and book qualified appointments using advanced AI tools, automations, and optimized messaging.

This is a performance-driven, high-impact role directly responsible for revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Powered Lead Generation

• Build and operate AI systems that identify, qualify, and nurture leads
• Deploy automated outreach inside HubSpot, SMS, email, and social DMs
• Use custom AI prompts, workflows, and scripts for daily prospecting
• Create predictive seller/buyer lead lists using AI analysis tools

Appointment Setting

• Daily outbound messaging using AI-personalized scripts
• Handle inbound leads instantly using AI-augmented replies
• Convert prospects from cold → warm → booked appointment
• Follow up with leads across all channels (SMS, email, DMs, calls)

Pipeline Management

• Maintain organized CRM workflows
• Track KPIs and report performance weekly
• Optimize scripts, sequences, and funnels based on data

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, workflow builders)
• CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
• Sales psychology + lead conversion ability
• High-volume outreach experience
• Clear communicator, fast responder
