As we continue to expand our digital presence, we’re looking for an experienced E-Commerce Website Manager to lead the optimization and growth of our online storefront.

Position Overview

The E-Commerce Website Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce site, ensuring an exceptional user experience, accurate product information, and strategic growth initiatives. This role requires strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital merchandising, analytics, and preferably the automotive or wheel/tire industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, update, and optimize the company’s e-commerce website, including product listings, pricing, categories, and content.
  • Oversee product data accuracy such as fitment details, specifications, images, and descriptions for wheels, tires, and accessory products.
  • Coordinate website promotions, sales events, and featured product campaigns.
  • Improve site functionality, navigation, search filters, and user experience.
  • Monitor website performance metrics, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support SEO, paid ads, email campaigns, and landing page development.
  • Manage inventory synchronization, order flow, and error resolution within the e-commerce platform.
  • Work with developers or third-party agencies to implement new features and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ensure mobile-first optimization and compliance with best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging e-commerce tools.
  • Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital merchandising.
  • Experience with platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in the wheel/tire or automotive industry highly preferred.
  • Basic understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and customer service.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of wheel and tire fitment (bolt patterns, offsets, tire sizing, etc.).
  • Experience working with large product catalogs.
  • Basic HTML, CSS, or CMS troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
