Senior AI Transformation Lead Group Benefits

## Key Role Overview

The Senior AI Transformation Lead will drive AI-centered solutions for the Group Benefits business, leading cross-functional teams from product ideation through deployment. This individual contributor role sets strategy, defines product roadmaps, and coordinates execution across data science, technology, and business stakeholders to improve efficiency, revenue, risk management, and customer experience.

## Key Responsibilities

• Manage AI-enabled products from ideation to launch, owning product strategy and execution.
• Manage complex product roadmaps and delivery timelines, emphasizing execution and results.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams, balancing alliance-building with driving outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and challenge conventional thinking.
• Create robust business cases to secure support and resources for initiatives.
• Analyze and solve problems using data-driven approaches and rigorous analytical thinking.
• Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of AI solutions.

## Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a product manager, management consultant, or in a relevant role.
• A degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with superb attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior executives.
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.

## Preferred Qualifications

• Track record leading strategic initiatives using AI.
• Background or coursework in statistics is a plus.

## Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $148,940 - $244,685 (base pay estimate for the primary location).
• May be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation in addition to base salary.

## Additional Information

• Work location: New York City, Hudson Yards; onsite requirement of 3+ days in office.
• Role reports to the Head of AI Transformation and is an individual contributor role with high visibility across the organization.
