As part of our team expansion, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Amazon Operations Manager to join us in Mississauga.

Position Overview

As an Amazon Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in expanding our sales and influence in the US and Canadian markets. This position requires a proven track record of success on the Amazon platform, outstanding leadership skills, and fluency in both Chinese and English.

Key Responsibilities

1.Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the US, Canada, UK, and EU markets.

2.Develop and implement strategies to penetrate and expand market presence.

3.Lead and mentor a small team, achieving both team and company objectives.

4.Manage all aspects of our Amazon stores, including product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotional activities.

5.Utilize analytics to make data-driven decisions for continuous strategy optimization.

6.Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with the company's overall goals.

*Requirements**:

1.Demonstrated success in managing Amazon marketplaces in the US and Canada, with at least 3 years in a similar role.

2.Strong leadership skills with experience in team development.

3.Fluency in both Chinese and English to effectively communicate with global teams and partners.

4.Strong analytical skills to understand market trends and perform data analysis.

5.Excellent problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking to overcome challenges and achieve business goals.

What We Offer

1.An attractive annual income ranging from CAD 50,000 to 60,000, inclusive of performance bonuses, reflective of experience and qualifications.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
