Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience developing operation technology solutions, and working with cross-functional teams.
  • 10 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights.
  • Experience working with AI/agentic solutions either within industry or consulting building with Generative AI technologies.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience leading the technical delivery of the full product lifecycle for internal tools or enterprise platforms, from concept to launch and iteration.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions into existing operational workflows or enterprise platforms.
  • Proficiency with prompt engineering and agent/solution development including prototyping.
  • Understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations, core GenAI patterns (e.g., prompt engineering, fine-tuning), and agentic AI frameworks.
  • Familiarity with consumer electronics, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), retail, distribution, or platforms ecosystem industries.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus among executive business leaders.

The Global Business Transformation team is building the AI-native future of Google's Platforms and Devices organization (i.e., Android, Chrome, Pixel, Nest, and Fitbit). We are on a mission to create the industry’s most efficient commercial platform by unlocking a new era of productivity where teams, processes, and AI Agents work as one.

As an AI and Automation Solutions Lead, you will help scope, design and implement the intelligent, autonomous systems that will redefine our worldwide commercial operations. You will focus on fundamental transformation, not just incremental improvements.

In this role, you will partner directly with business leaders to identify high-value automation opportunities, willing to get your hands dirty building, prototyping, and implementing multi-step AI agents jointly with technical teams. Your work will directly empower our sales and partner teams to promote more, with ease. You will use your experience in Generative AI, workflow automation, and agentic framework. You will translate outlook into reality and drive the next wave of productivity at Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $162,000-$240,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Partner Management, and Commercial Operations leaders to map their processes, identify high-impact automation opportunities, and architect agentic AI solutions.
  • Act as a key thought partner in prototyping, scripting, and implementing key automation workflows using low-code tools and agentic frameworks to accelerate development and validate designs.
  • Translate the high-level product outlook into an executable roadmap. Create detailed requirements, workflow diagrams, and integration plans collaborating with engineering to ensure what we design is what we ship.
  • Design and implement multi-step, autonomous AI agents that can handle complex tasks like commercial planning, partner data analysis, and sales reporting.
  • Define Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) focusing on sales productivity, speed-to-market, and operational efficiency. Ensure solutions are built and trusted and adopted by the field.
