Digital Marketing Manager

Genuwine Cellars is currently seeking a talented **Digital Marketing Manager** to join our team in Winnipeg, MB.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing on marketing strategies to build on the company’s world class reputation, as well as drive media traffic to increase sales and brand awareness. The Digital Marketing Manager must have a background in analytics and SEO.

• *Primary Job Areas and Responsibilities**:
• *Strategic Planning**
• Conduct market research, develop and implement innovative marketing programs and tactics to reach a larger audience, and analyze consumer behavior
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns, keep up to date on social media marketing best practices and trends, adjust marketing programs on an on-going basis
• Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
• Collaborate with external vendors and other marketing professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
• Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
• *Brand and Digital Content Management**
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc.) and market research methods
• Oversee and continuously improve SEO and Google Ads strategy
• Create visual content for all social media channels and develop an outstanding social media strategy based on Genuwine Cellars’ culture and brand
• Manage distribution channels, social media pages, and company website design and content
• Ensure all images and pricing on company website is up to date
• Oversee and continuously improve SEO and Google Ads strategy
• Coordinate with third-party consultants on website design and improvement
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs
• Prepare detailed weekly reports of marketing activities
• Manage and train others on customer relations management (CRM) software
• Assist Business Development with the format, layout, and customization of high-profile RFPs
• *Qualifications and Key Competencies**:
• Diploma/degree in a marketing related discipline is preferred
• Extensive experience in marketing data analytics and tools is required
• Well organized and highly detail-oriented
• Exceptional communication and writing skills
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools is an asset
• Highly motivated self-starter who thrives when working independently
• Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills; comfortable working closely with management and employees of all levels
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
