OVERVIEW
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of our expanding digital ecosystem, driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales across our industry-leading alloy wheel, accessory and tire brands. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will collaborate closely with agency partners and cross-functional teams to shape the direction of our consumer-facing websites, performance marketing, email campaigns, content development, social media, and reporting.
Your expertise will be central to scaling and strengthening our digital presence, ensuring we reach the right audiences at the right moments. Through strong leadership, innovation, and a data-driven mindset, you will elevate our digital performance and play a critical role in accelerating our growth in the Canadian market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Website Management
- Lead the strategic direction and execution of consumer-facing websites, elevating user experience and shaping a compelling brand journey that strengthens brand awareness, consideration, and drives traffic to retail partners.
- Partner with the PMO, IS, and agency to update, maintain, and optimize B2B web banners and consumer-facing website content.
- Drive brand storytelling and product placement for new launches across consumer-facing sites, while ensuring timely and effective communication of new products to retailers via B2B platform.
- Collaborate with our agency partner to drive search (SEO/SEM) to increase brand visibility and influence consumer consideration.
- Provide merchandising recommendations to the PMO team to optimize the B2B experience, based on factors such as margins and inventory levels
Performance Marketing
- Lead relationship with digital media agency to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns that drive brand awareness and growth across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other key platforms.
- Collaborate with online retail partners to develop, launch, and provide analytics for co-branded digital advertising initiatives that drive shared growth.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure all performance marketing initiatives are strategically aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
Email Marketing
- Develop, segment, and maintain mailing lists for retail partners and consumers using Mailchimp.
- Plan and manage monthly email calendars for product launches, promotions, and newsletters, ensuring timely and relevant communications.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create engaging email campaigns, optimizing content to maximize open rates and click-through.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion to optimize campaigns and drive measurable results.
- Implement automated workflows to engage customers throughout their journey and support sales growth.
Content Creation
- Collaborate with agency partners and graphic design team to develop compelling, on-brand content across digital channels, including social media, web, B2B, email marketing, and performance campaigns.
- Lead and coordinate photography, video shoots, and digital content production with external partners to ensure high-quality visuals that support marketing objectives.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, engages target audiences, and drives measurable results across Fastco’s digital ecosystem.
Social Media Management
- Collaborate with agency partners to develop and execute content calendars for corporate and brand social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and YouTube), driving audience growth, engagement, brand awareness, and sales.
- Oversee community engagement, monitor interactions, and analyze performance metrics to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with HR to support employer-branding initiatives and attract top talent.
Analytics & Reporting
- Lead tracking and analysis of performance across all digital channels, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and communicate comprehensive monthly performance reports to key stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights.
- Leverage A/B testing to evaluate and refine content across digital channels, driving improved engagement and conversion.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience scaling digital marketing programs within B2B2C or product-driven organizations.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as Statamic (or equivalent).
- Proficiency with analytics, ad management, and social platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Sprout Social.
- Experience in e-commerce is an asset.
- Experience working with CRM and email automation platforms such as Mailchimp (or equivalent).
- Experience managing content creation and/or social for a consumer goods brand.
- Experience in automotive, distribution, or consumer goods industries is an asset.
- Experience using Wrike or similar project workflow and briefing tools.
- Google Ads and SEO/SEM certifications are an asset.
CONDITIONS
- This hybrid position entails working three days per week from the office and two days per week remotely. Specifically, the on-site requirement is from Tuesday to Thursday at the Fastco Canada headquarters in Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC.
- ** This position requires occasional travel across Canada and the U.S.
