Summary: Fanatics Collectibles is hiring a leader to build and scale our Digital Asset Operations function. The VP of Digital Operations will lead a 100+ person organization in multiple locations and is responsible for transforming licensed content—images, text, and templates—into fully assembled, press-ready files for the production of physical trading cards. This team is not focused on e-commerce or digital marketing assets, but on the operational engine behind every product we manufacture.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience leading and growing large teams, driving process transformation and systems scale, and managing complex content workflows—particularly in high-volume, deadline-driven environments. Experience with post-M&A integration, change management, and cross-functional operations is key, as is a passion for sports, culture, and collectibles. This role can be based in Dallas or the Ft. Lauderdale area.

What you will be doing...

  • Integrating multiple different teams, spread out across multiple different locations.
  • Building the leadership team (both organically and inorganically) that can grow the organization to support 2-3x volume growth
  • Leading the development of highly reliable, high performing leaders who engage and foster team accountability.
  • Streamline the flow of deliverables throughout the functions within your organization (editorial, prepress, retouching, QA/QC, etc).
  • Create strategic, technical and staffing planning roadmaps that enable the throughput and capacity needed to support all other functions (product, design, manufacturing)
  • Build out a world-class, data driven organization that delivers quicker turn-around times and higher complexity than has previously been known to exist.

Ideal experience we are looking for...

  • Minimum 12 years work experience, with 7-8+ years of leading multiple different functions and workflows (expertise leading post-M&A integration processes strongly preferred)
  • “Digital Factory” Builder (e.g., game development, claims processing, mortgage processing, etc.)
  • Experience building and managing organizations of 100+ individuals in a high growth environment
  • Thoughtful performance manager – able to drive and manage performance at every level of their organization
  • World class problem solver – able to dive into the details of problems with the team to help them understand the problems and develop solutions
  • Change leader - excited to drive change, integrate multiple different teams and functions and able to prioritize and remain flexible in high pressure dynamic situations
