Role Overview

We’re looking for an ecommerce specialist who can manage the complete online growth strategy of our clients. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution — from running paid campaigns and optimizing SEO to keeping Shopify storefronts visually fresh and conversion-driven.

You’ll work closely with our creative, development, and marketing teams to deliver measurable results and drive consistent growth for our eCommerce clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the 360° eCommerce strategy for assigned clients. Traffic acquisition to on-site conversion and retention.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to meet performance targets.
  • Conduct ongoing SEO optimization including keyword strategy, on-page improvements, and content structure recommendations.
  • Update and refine Shopify themes, ensuring that storefronts are visually engaging, fast, and aligned with seasonal campaigns.
  • Analyze performance data (ads, SEO, store metrics) to make actionable recommendations and monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to create high-performing landing pages and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with eCommerce trends, platform updates, and performance best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in eCommerce marketing or Shopify management.
  • Proven ability to run performance campaigns across paid media and SEO.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify, Google Analytics, and marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Creative eye for visuals and store layout optimization.
  • Analytical mindset—comfortable interpreting data to improve performance.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients or projects.
  • Fluency in both French and English is essential — written and spoken. Most of our clients operate in bilingual environments.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Lightspeed or other POS-integrated eCommerce systems.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or theme editing in Shopify.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
