Position Overview
As the Franchisee Success & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting franchise partners across several education brands. Your focus will be to translate national marketing strategies into effective local initiatives—ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across all markets.
You will be responsible for social media coordination, website updates, marketing communication, and day-to-day franchisee support. This role blends relationship management, brand execution, and hands-on marketing coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Franchisee Engagement & Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees on all local marketing needs.
- Adapt national campaigns into localized marketing assets that drive enrollment and visibility.
- Provide marketing guidance related to promotions, events, and lead-generation activities.
- Maintain ongoing communication to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
Local Marketing Execution
- Coordinate localized campaigns, sponsorships, webinars, community events, and affiliate partnerships.
- Support franchisees with both digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and assess local marketing performance to recommend areas of improvement.
Brand Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all local assets, content, and activities align with brand standards.
- Review and approve franchisee-created materials.
- Help maintain and update brand guidelines and resource libraries.
Social Media & Website Coordination
- Assist in planning, creating, scheduling, and monitoring social media content for franchise locations.
- Coordinate updates to franchisee website pages to ensure accuracy, functionality, and consistency.
- Work closely with the digital team to ensure all online assets reflect brand standards.
Reporting & KPIs
- Track and report on franchisee marketing activities, engagement, and performance.
- Monitor brand compliance across locations.
- Prepare regular updates highlighting successes, trends, and opportunities.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, brand support, or franchisee support.
- Required: Experience working within a franchise system or multi-unit organization.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CMS platforms, and social channels.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of brand management.
