As we expand our online presence, we are looking for an on-site E-commerce Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will not only help manage our online retail accounts but also support order processing and customer service operations.

  • *Key Responsibilities**:
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of e-commerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, promotional activities, and overall account health.
  • Processing of orders from initiation to completion, ensuring accurate entry, timely fulfillment, and proper invoicing.
  • Serve as the front line for customer inquiries and issues, providing high-level service to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor, review, and report on marketplace trends and performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to boost sales and profitability.
  • Help to develop strategies to increase product visibility and conversion rates, including content optimization, and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with external e-commerce partners to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on the status of e-commerce activities, including challenges, successes, and opportunities for growth.
  • *Qualifications**:
  • Strong written and verbal command of the English language is required.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of tools is required.
  • Strong understanding of customer service processes and the importance of exceptional service delivery.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • *Preferred Skills**:
  • Experience in the home furnishings or related consumer goods industry.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve customer issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
