The Product Specialist is responsible for the production, development, and ongoing maintenance of core sections of the organization’s website. These websites receive more than 60 million visits annually and serve as primary information hubs for consumers, playing a critical role in the broader digital marketing strategy.

This role includes project management, coordination of compelling digital content, and support of initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, consideration, and lead conversion.

Key Accountabilities

25%

Manage key model or product landing pages, content/asset updates, and website maintenance activities to support launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
Ensure launch strategies, business requirements, and KPI goals are communicated effectively to agency partners, maintaining accurate and compelling brand representation.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., CX, IT, Sales, Service), cross-functional departments (e.g., Advertising, PR, Product Planning, Social Media), and external agencies to support key initiatives and ensure content accuracy and proper representation across digital platforms.

Support the digital marketing team by managing workflows and identifying opportunities to increase operational efficiency, streamline decision-making, and reduce delays using project management tools, marketing technologies, and cross-functional alignment.

Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all content updates and site enhancements to ensure successful deployment with minimal defects.

Provide content authoring and project management support to the Digital Marketing team.

Manage digital marketing projects in Jira, ensuring clear documentation of requirements, tracking of tasks and dependencies, and alignment of timelines and resources with business goals.
Oversee full project lifecycle to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while supporting teams in monitoring progress.

Manage the digital content calendar and support timelines for website updates.

Support personalization strategies to enhance user experiences and drive conversions.
Contribute to digital transformation initiatives by integrating personalized, data-driven strategies across digital platforms.

Minimum Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Minimum Experience

1–2 years in digital marketing, website management, email marketing, marketing communications, or a similar field
Experience or interest in the automotive industry is a plus

Other Job-Specific Skills

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies
Strategic mindset with high attention to detail
Agency or vendor management experience preferred
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles is helpful
Understanding of website development concepts and content management tools (hands-on experience a plus)
CMS experience a plus
Familiarity with SEO/SEM and digital media
Experience with web analytics and performance optimization
Knowledge of Adobe Analytics helpful
Familiarity with Agile project frameworks a plus
