We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our Business Transformation and Automation team in our CxO Advisory practice.
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

YOUR ROLE.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but not limited to
- Assist in executing functional assessments, rapid diagnostics, transformation roadmaps, and automation solutions.
- Contribute to business transformation and automation projects, including analyzing current operations, supporting future-state design, and helping implement transformation roadmaps.
- Support efforts to optimize and automate clients’ back-office functions.
- Collaborate with teams on designing and implementing new operating models, organizational realignment, shared services/centers of excellence, process improvements, and automation solutions.
- Research and assist in deploying business process automation tools, such as RPA and related technologies.
- Participate in requirements gathering, process and functional design, prototyping, testing, training, and solution adoption.
- Help assess and implement business process automation with functional tool upgrades such as RPA and process automation.
- Serve as a project manager on select engagements
Your Experience.
The successful candidate will have
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exposure to AI-driven automation and hyperautomation trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with using data analytics and KPIs to support process improvement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and agile project/time management skills.
- Strong project management experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
- Creativity and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Experience or exposure in 1–2 domains preferred (e.g., Customer & Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.).
- BS/BA required; MBA a plus.
- Bachelor’s + 4 years or Master’s + 2 years’ experience in strategy, finance, business operations, financial modeling, process improvement, and automation.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and business systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; exposure to workflow automation and process mining tools.
- Travel up to 30%, on average, may be required for this role.
