Position Overview

The Marketing Director is fully responsible for the development and execution of the company's brand building, marketing, customer acquisition and product marketing strategies. Through multi-channel integrated marketing means, to enhance the company's brand influence and market share in the target market, to achieve performance growth and long-term strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities

I. Marketing Strategy Formulation and Implementation

According to the company's strategy, formulate annual/quarterly marketing strategy and budget plan, and supervise the implementation effect;

Deeply understand the industry dynamics and market trends, and formulate accurate market positioning and competitive strategies;

Build and optimize the company's brand matrix and marketing communication path.

Second, brand management and communication

Manage brand image, responsible for brand positioning, identification system (VI) specification and communication strategy;

Leading the integrated brand communication plan, including advertising, PR, content, events, social media, etc;

Monitor brand health and continuously optimize user perception and brand reputation.

Marketing and Channel Construction

Plan and manage online (digital marketing, content marketing, social platforms, etc.) and offline (exhibitions, roadshows, ground promotion, etc.) promotional activities;

Build and maintain marketing promotion channels, evaluate promotion effect and adjust and optimize;

Promote the synergy between marketing activities and sales targets to realize the conversion of leads.

Team management and cross-functional collaboration

Lead the marketing team, including recruitment, training, goal setting and performance appraisal;

Work closely with sales, product, customer service and operation teams to promote product market matching and customer satisfaction;

Establish effective workflow and internal communication mechanism.

Data analysis and decision support

Track all kinds of marketing activity data (such as traffic, conversion, retention, etc.), analyze ROI and provide optimization suggestions;

Establish market intelligence system to assist the company's senior management in business judgment and direction adjustment.

Qualifications

Educational Background

Bachelor degree or above, preferably in marketing, communication, business administration, economics and other related majors.

Work Experience

At least 8 years of marketing related work experience, 3 years of marketing team management experience;

Experience in executing marketing strategies for large enterprises or fast-growing companies is preferred.

Professional Skills

Familiar with B2B or B2C market operation mode, with complete brand and marketing experience;

Proficient in digital marketing tools and methods (SEO/SEM, social media marketing, CRM, etc.);

Good at data-driven market analysis and strategy development.

Salary and Benefits

Annual salary range: $260,000 - $380,000
