Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Business Consultant to drive strategic-level process reengineering and business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative operating models for key business functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain) through organizational and operational levers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute organizational redesign and process re-engineering initiatives, leveraging change management pathways to address organizational barriers and unlock full potential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in business transformation projects, preferably in consulting, with a focus on strategic-level process reengineering and C-suite interaction.
• Excellent knowledge of English and ability to work effectively in a global environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
