We are seeking an experienced and motivated E-commerce Manager to join our team. As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our listing team (10-20 people), ensuring the smooth operation of our e-commerce listing. • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and managing listing team.
• Manage and optimize our e-commerce listing, including errors, and inventory management
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the e-commerce industry
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with business goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in e-commerce, digital marketing, and technology
• Oversee customer service operations related to online sales, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

'''Qualifications'''

• Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or Store manger (3 years)
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, E-Bay) and content management systems
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of SQL or database management is a plus
• *Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Secondary School (preferred)
• *Experience**:
• Microsoft Excel: 3 years (preferred)
• Retail management: 3 years (required)
• E-commerce: 3 years (required)
