DESCRIPTION
As Manager, Business Enablement, you will lead a team and work cross-functionally focusing on developing scalable programs, optimizing processes, and building mechanisms that enable business performance optimization through effective strategy, development, and execution for pricing, promotions and multiple profitability impacting areas of the business across Amazon’s One Grocery businesses, both in physical and online grocery retail platforms.
The position serves as a critical bridge between retail business formats and the centralized functional teams supporting pricing, promotions, and margin optimization programs building and leading key initiatives, ensuring effective customer value proposition and optimizing business results for each of our grocery banners and channel touchpoints.
You will lead a team with business responsibilities covering:
- WWGS banners and channel pricing strategy refinement and programmatic management (excluding WFM)
- WWGS banners and channel promotional pricing strategy refinement and programmatic management (excluding WFM)
- Net PPM oversight and leadership for profitability improvement initiatives for WWGS banners and channels (excluding WFM)
- Markdown and clearance program strategy, development, and programmatic management (excluding WFM)
- Cross functional stakeholder engagement, alignment and coordination
- Metric development, analysis and reporting, insights and action plans
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of team management experience
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Retail industry experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work across multiple teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA, or Advanced degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $189,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
