Job Description

AECOM Hunt has a need for a Digital Technologist/BIM Specialist for our Cleveland Browns construction project. The Digital Technologist will assist in creating, managing, and coordinating intelligent 3D digital models of buildings, integrating architectural, structural, and MEP data to enhance collaboration, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle• Works under general direction.

Job Duties

  • Responsible for providing leadership and direction of specific BIM technologies to assigned project teams.
  • Develops technical solutions to wide range of difficult problems.
  • Independently determines and develops approach to solutions.
  • Perform complex assignments involving the use of multiple application platforms and complex systems including Revit software to achieve set results and deadlines.

_ Minimum Requirements:_

  • BA/BS Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business or related curriculum 6 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

_ Preferred Qualifications:_

  • Experience in clash detection and quality control in design conflict.
  • Experience with general construction documentation, schedules and BIM reporting.
  • Autodesk Revit, Autocad, Navisworks or other BIM modeling software.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Deep understanding of BIM processes.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively and efficiently across the project.
