As a Talent Manager at an USA based talent agency, you will play a pivotal role in representing and advancing the careers of digital talent & creators Leveraging your industry knowledge, network of contacts, and negotiation skills, you'll collaborate with clients and industry professionals to secure brand partnerships opportunities and drive overall careersuccess.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for a roster of digital talent
Identify both established and up-and-coming creators to sign for your roster
Develop and execute personalized career strategies for each client/creator
Actively source and secure lucrative brand partnerships and collaborations
Negotiate contracts on behalf of talent, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with their career objectives and values.

Requirements

Proven experience in talent management, talent agency, or entertainment industry.
Excellent communication and negotiations skills
An expert knowledge of the creator economy
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Based in either Los Angeles or New York, USA
