DFO Performance is a global digital performance marketing agency that builds and scales brands through world-class funnels, creative, and media buying. We’re seeking a sharp, creative, and ambitious Content Producer to work directly with our CEO, Jordan Rolband , to build his personal and DFO’s brand presence across digital channels. You’ll travel, film, edit, and publish content that inspires our audience, tells powerful stories, and drives brand awareness.

This is not a remote position. The candidate must be able to work from our Summit, New Jersey office at least 3 days per week.

What You'll Do

Content Creation & Video Production

Plan, film, and edit high-quality content featuring the CEO, including interviews, thought leadership, and behind-the-scenes content
Create short-form videos optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
Work with the CEO and internal team to capture brand moments during business travel and key events
Use tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and AI-powered platforms (Descript, Runway, CapCut, etc.) to edit with speed and style

Strategy & Execution

Repurpose long-form recordings (e.g., podcast appearances, keynotes, team meetings) into engaging bite-sized clips
Stay on top of platform trends to ensure our content is timely, relevant, and algorithm-friendly
Develop hooks, CTAs, and visual treatments that improve watch time, shares, and comments
Optimize content titles, descriptions, and thumbnails for YouTube SEO and social engagement

Pre-Production & Logistics

Coordinate monthly content planning and 1–2 full filming days with the CEO
Manage shoot logistics, including location setup, shot lists, gear, lighting, and sound
Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and operations to align messaging and content strategy

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years in content creation, video production, or social storytelling
Skilled in video editing, lighting, filming, and post-production workflows
Familiarity with digital marketing, direct response, or entrepreneurial storytelling is a big plus
Experience growing content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Comfortable traveling and working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Self-directed, visionary, and proactive—able to bring ideas and creative strategy without being prompted

You’ve shot content for eCommerce, affiliate, or media brands
You understand paid media and how content fuels growth

Qualifications
