Job Description

You’ll work directly with the agency owner, receiving hands-on training in campaign management, affiliate marketing, and traffic generation strategies. Starting as a part-time role with a clear path to full-time within 2-3 months, this position offers the perfect blend of structured learning and practical experience. You’ll be instrumental in supporting client campaigns while developing valuable skills in digital marketing and media buying.

Responsibilities

Research and identify potential marketing partners and affiliates for client campaigns
Assist in setting up and optimizing media buying campaigns with guidance from leadership
Manage contact databases and maintain organized records of potential partners
Support traffic generation initiatives across multiple platforms
Help analyze campaign performance and gather relevant data
Collaborate directly with the agency owner on strategic marketing initiatives
Assist with day-to-day digital marketing operations and campaign management
