With operations in over 20 countries and customers spanning automotive, telecom, and infrastructure, this firm is seeking a procurement professional who can take marketing sourcing strategy to the next level—integrating business insight, stakeholder collaboration, and global best practices.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Procurement Development
Build and deliver marketing procurement strategies that align with business goals, working hand-in-hand with marketing, legal, finance, and sales teams.
Lead Global Transformation
Elevate sourcing processes across RFPs, negotiations, and contracts—driving consistency, innovation, and results across global operations.
Market Insight & Advisory
Act as a trusted advisor, offering in-depth supplier market knowledge to guide risk management and informed decision-making.
Champion Sustainability
Integrate ESG values and sustainable procurement principles into supplier partnerships and procurement strategy.
Optimize & Innovate
Continuously assess opportunities to enhance value, improve supplier performance, and champion process improvements across the marketing spend portfolio.
Influence Stakeholders Globally
Collaborate across functions and geographies to communicate progress, ensure alignment, and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Deep Marketing Procurement Experience
Strong track record managing categories such as events, digital media, creative, and martech.
Strategic Sourcing Know-How
Experience working in a strategic procurement environment, ideally in a business-partnering or advisory capacity.
Global Operating Environment
Comfortable working within a complex, international matrix structure and collaborating with multicultural teams.
Academic Background
Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) required.
Work Authorization
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restriction.
