Email Marketing Coordinator Role

This role will involve executing and optimizing email and SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless operations, accurate tracking, and high-quality deployments. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing automation tools, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include

Campaign and Workflow Management: Managing the Trello board for campaign submissions, ensuring smooth progress across all stages.
Email and SMS Deployment Execution: Building and editing emails within the email design platform, ensuring proper formatting, alternate text, CTA links, and UTM tracking.
Tracking and Reporting: Maintaining and updating the Email/SMS Deployment Tracker, ensuring alignment with the campaign calendar.

The successful candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in email/SMS marketing or digital marketing operations, hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, and strong project management and organizational skills.
