The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing & Lead Generation Coordinator focused on completing daily lead-generation activities that support our business growth. You will also assist with marketing initiatives and collaborate with the Marketing Manager, brokers, and leadership to ensure a consistent and professional client experience across all channels.

What You’ll Do

Maintain marketing materials, presentations, and brand consistency across digital and print platforms
Execute campaigns and communicate performance to the Marketing Manager and leadership team
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends
Manage CRM data, reporting, and pipeline visibility
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and provide clear, accurate communication to business owners, vendors, and internal team members
Provide operational and administrative support, including onboarding and vendor coordination

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of marketing, operations, or strategic administrative experience
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
Detail-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, WordPress, and CRM/lead-generation tools
Comfortable working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Fluent in Spanish is a plus but not required
